Trip Price Includes: Pick-up and return transportation to Anchorage, best of gear and equipment, meals as noted below in detailed itinerary, lodging as noted and guided activities as noted. Trip price does not include Borough tax, fishing license, beer, wine, liquor or gratuities to staff.
Trip Price: Prices are in U.S. dollars, per person, double occupancy, plus tax. Please call for solo, triple and quad accommodations.
First Night: Plan to be picked-up in Anchorage in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. (exact times to be specified at time of booking, depending on your pickup point). Depart the city for a scenic two-hour drive to Cooper Landing, home of Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted for an orientation and tour of our property with time to settle into your cabin before dinner. After being briefed by our seasoned fishing staff on what to expect over the next few days, enjoy a relaxing evening and prepare for tomorrow's fishing adventure. Here's to your fishing vacation! (D)
Days 1-2: Fishing days, as selected in advance of your visit, are based from Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge. Fish up to eight hours per day with other anglers (novice to accomplished) and our experienced and friendly guides on the Upper and Lower Kenai River. We also arrange for halibut charters, as well as coho salmon fishing in Resurrection Bay depending on the season and special fly-out fishing adventures. Your fishing options and destinations will be scheduled in advance of your visit. (B,L,D)
Last Day: After breakfast, bid farewell to Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge and return to Anchorage via shuttle, arriving by noon. (B)
Departure: Return shuttle to Anchorage on the last day of your trip, arriving by noon. We begin drop-offs at the Anchorage Airport. If you plan to spend this night in Anchorage, we will drop you off at your hotel. See your Trip Planning Booklet for recommended lodging. If you choose to fly home today, we suggest you book a flight that departs after 3:00 p.m. in case of possible transportation delays.
Note: We do not expect any major changes from this schedule. However, in the spirit of adventure, we allow our itinerary to remain flexible so that we may take advantage of spontaneous events.
