The guest lodges at Seward Windsong Lodge are connected to the main lodge and Resurrection Roadhouse by a series of paved trails that wind their way throughout the property. Wildflowers, ferns and spruce trees accent the natural beauty of this temperate rain forest. Not far from the lodge is the entrance to Kenai Fjords National Park. Access by foot via the Resurrection Trail and Exit Glacier trail system provides hours of exploration into Alaska's backcountry.

Complimentary parking and local shuttle service
If you are driving to Seward Windsong Lodge, we offer complimentary parking near each of our guests lodges, the main lodge and the Resurrection Roadhouse for your conveinence. Once you arrive at the lodge, leave the driving to us. Our complimentary shuttle is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, service the Seward train depot, Seward airport, Seward Small Boat Harbor, and downtown Seward - where the Alaska SeaLife Center is located.

We're pleased to be able to offer a custom Alaska birding or wildlife photography trip to suit the particular interests of our passengers. We take extra time for viewing and photographing whales, sea lions, bird rookeries and other abundant wildlife of Kenai Fjords National Park.

The routes for our birding and wildlife photography cruises vary, often including destinations such as Aialik Glacier and Northwestern Fjord. Because of the limited group size, our captains match the specific route to the desires of the group and wildlife concentration for the given day.
