Terms and Conditions:
Our trip packages are all inclusive and start from Ketchikan, Alaska. Complete pre-trip information about our adventures, including tackle and packing suggestions, will be sent to you upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to secure your trip dates, with the balance due ninety (90) days prior to the trip date. Deposits are due within ten days of invoice date to confirm reservations. If it is necessary for you to cancel after November 1, we will try to arrange substitute dates.  If substitute dates are not an option, a full refund less a cancellation fee per person will be offered, such fee being $0, $500 and $1,000 for cancellations prior to November 1, February 1 and May 1, respectively.  Notwithstanding this, trip cancellation received 90 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable regardless of the reason.  Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than intended, you will be responsible for all of the original dates booked from. A reduction in rooms or guests booked is considered a cancellation.  All trip cancellations must be received in writing to be valid.

The Lodge at Whale Pass is located in the heart of the famed Inside Passage area of Southeast Alaska. The lodge sits by the shore of a quiet bay off Whales Passage on the NE corner of Prince of Wales, Island. The third largest island in the U.S.. This is just one of many remote islands that are within the huge Tongas National Forest. This large temperate rainforest still contains huge tracts of old growth timber drained by jeweled creeks and river. From this remote spot our guests have access to a diverse island landscape and abundant wildlife surrounded by even more islands. We will immerse you in one of the most spectacular settings on the planet. All within a couple of hours from Seattle, WA. Reaching this great escape is very easy. Travel from your home town to Seattle (SEA) and your choice of major airlines, then transfer to one of many non-stops flights on Alaska Airlines to Ketchikan (KTN). From there the adventure begins. We put you on a float plane for a scenic flight up the Inside Passage, up the coast of Prince of Wales Island, right to our dock in Whale Pass, Alaska.
