The annual return of Halibut and Salmon to our prime location gives Waterfall Resort its legendary reputation for premier Alaskan Sportfishing. With fishing grounds so rich and plentiful, the Waterfall Cannery was once one of the most productive Salmon Fishing Canneries in all of Alaska. Waterfall Resort attracts anglers of all skill levels, from novice to avid Fishermen, Celebrities, and Professional Athletes.

SAMPLE ITINERARY / OVERVIEW
Arrival Day:
Depart "hometown," and fly to Seattle, WA. Then transfer to Ketchikan, AK via Alaska Airlines. Waterfall Resort Guests depart Ketchikan Airport at 12:30 p.m. by Promech Air for the 40-minute flight to Waterfall Resort. Upon arrival, you are greeted by Waterfall's General Manager and Staff.
Shortly after checking in, you leave for an afternoon of Fishing. That's correct - you are Fishing within hours of arrival! Lunch is served on board your Cabin Cruiser. You'll return to the Resort by 5:30 p.m. Then it's Photo Time! Our Derby Hostess will take pictures of you and your day's catch, after which your Fish are cleaned, filleted and vacuum packed.
Dinner, featuring Alaskan Cuisine, is served in the Dining Room from 6 - 8 p.m. Other evening activities may include a hike to the Waterfall, relaxing in the Saloon Lagoon, a game of pool or telling Fish stories.
Full Days:
A hearty Breakfast is served daily at 5 a.m. Boats depart at 6:30 a.m. for a full day of Fishing and exploring. Guides teach you the Alaskan style of Fishing for King Salmon and Halibut. You'll also explore the inlets and bays looking for Whales, Bald Eagles, Sea Lions, etc. Boats return to the Resort at 4:30 p.m. when the catches are unloaded and pictures are taken. Hopefully, one of your Fish will qualify for one of over 35 prizes in this years "$100,000 King of Kings Salmon Tournament."
Departure Day:
After Fishing for several hours, you'll return to the Resort at 10 a.m. and our staff prepares and packages the morning's catch for your trip home. Lunch is available before the Floatplane arrives. Waterfall Resort's on-site Alaska Airlines agents already have reconfirmed all your flights home, tagged your luggage and Fish boxes, and provided your Boarding Pass and Seat Assignment. This service eliminates the check-in procedure in Ketchikan if you are making a direct connection on the same day on Alaska Airlines.
Floatplanes leave Waterfall Resort for Ketchikan at approximately 1:30 p.m. every day.
ACCOMMODATION UPGRADES:
Waterfront Townhouse Suites - $400 per night (minimum 4 guests)
Waterfront Egg House Suites - $250 per night (minimum 2 guests)
EXCLUSIVE CABIN CRUISERS:
Package rates are based on four people per cabin cruiser. Add $750 per person per night for two people per boat and $250 per person per night for three people per boat.
YOUTH RATES:
Children visiting Waterfall should be at least 12 years of age. Rates for children 15 and under are 15% less than the adult resort rate.
RESERVATION DETAILS:
Rates are Per Person Double Occupancy and based on four Guests per cabin cruiser.
A $1000 deposit, due 10 days after booking, is required to hold all reservations.
A second deposit equal to 50% of the total package price must be submitted no later than February 1. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made after February 1 must be paid in full within 10 days of booking.
We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
All cancellations will be assessed a $500 per person fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 120 days prior to arrival will be assessed an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price.
Cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to arrival will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total package price.There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
